Ordering from Palacey

With a dedicated customer service team, we are able to offer our customers reliable and on time processing and delivery of your purchases. All your purchases will be processed and sent out on the following business day after we receive your payment. If your purchases are made during weekends, your orders will be processed and shipped out on Monday.

For normal shipment, you should allow around 10 to 15 working days for your orders to arrive. Special arrangements can be made for express shipments where your orders will be processed and shipped out on the same day*. Below is a table for the general delivery schedule :

Return Policy

You may return any item you purchase at Palacey for exchange or replacement for item of the same value or lower if there is a defect or if you are unsatisfied with the item. You may also request for a refund and all refunds will be entertained but up to 80% of the purchase value only which excludes the cost of shipping and insurance.

Request for exchange or refunds must be made within 10-20 *business days from the day of delivery confirmation and all items must be returned to Palacey within 30-60 *days of the mentioned delivery confirmation date.

All returned items must be sent to us via registered or recorded mail in their original condition and packaging. The tracking number of the said registered mail of the returned items must be provided to Palacey. Shipping and handling charge will be applicable unless the goods are returned due to manufacturing defects.

Requests for exchange or refund will be processed within 2 business days. We shall notify you as soon as possible should there be any issues with your requests.
